Kak Min With Love..

Allahyarhamah Dr. Yasmin Osman dalam kenangan..
(I will always love you...)

7 Mac 2012

Deringan telefon tepat jam 10.15 malam mengejutkan cheq.

"Sal, Min dah tak da Sal..Dia dah tinggaikan kita". Itulah kata-kata Che Ee..sahabat dunia akhiratku.

Cheq tak mampu mengucapkan apa-apa. Hanya tangisan mengiringi berita yang amat sedih tu..Setelah agak lama, cheq kumpul kekuatan untuk bertanya, "Senangkah cara dia pi...?"

Che Ee terdiam dan menangis sungguh-sungguh. Jarang cheq tengok Che Ee menangis. Tapi orang yang kami tangiskan tu payah dicari. Sahabat dunia akhirat cheq..

Kak Min..I will miss you dearly. Next to Suriah, you are one friend that I will treasure forever..there will never be another "Kak Min' for me...

Thank you Kak Min..you will always be remembered...

“We can never turn back the pages of time, though we may wish to relive a happy moment, or say goodbye just one last time, we never can, because the sands of time continue to fall, and we can’t turn the hourglass over.” – Unknown

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.” – Headstone

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.-Wonder Years

Sal sayang Kak Min dunia akhirat..

Thank you for being you.. wherever you are..you will always live in my heart.

Anak Aset Syurga atau Neraka

Salam semua.

Jadi, cheq paparkanlah buat diri cheq, suami dan anak2 kat sini...cheq terpikiaq jugak, esok2 cheq mati, sapalah nak mandikan jenazah cheq kalau anak cheq tak beratkan solatnya.

Cheq geram sungguh masa tu..tapi apalah daya cheq...cheq dok sekolah lagi waktu tu..

Ibu.

NPD: Narcisstic Personality Disorder

What is narcissistic personality disorder?

Narcissism is a term used to describe a focus on the self and self-admiration that is taken to an extreme. The word “narcissism” comes from a Greek myth in which a handsome young man named Narcissus sees his reflection in a pool of water and falls in love with it.
Narcissistic personality disorder is one of a group of conditions called dramatic personality disorders. People with these disorders have intense, unstable emotions, and a distorted self-image. Narcissistic personality disorder is further characterized by an abnormal love of self, an exaggerated sense of superiority and importance, and a preoccupation with success and power. However, these attitudes and behaviors do not reflect true self-confidence. Instead, the attitudes conceal a deep sense of insecurity and a fragile self-esteem. People with this personality disorder also tend to set unrealistic goals.

What are the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder?

In many cases, people with narcissistic personality disorder:
  • Are self-centered and boastful
  • Seek constant attention and admiration
  • Consider themselves better than others
  • Exaggerate their talents and achievements
  • Believe that they are entitled to special treatment
  • Are easily hurt but might not show it
  • Might take advantage of others to achieve their goals

Other common traits of narcissistic personality disorder include the following:
  • Preoccupation with fantasies that focus on unlimited success, power, intelligence, beauty, or love
  • Belief that he or she is “special” and unique, and can only be understood by other special people
  • Expectation that others will automatically go along with what he or she wants
  • Inability to recognize or identify with the feelings, needs, and viewpoints of others
  • Envy of others or a belief that others are envious of him or her
  • Hypersensitivity to insults (real or imagined), criticism, or defeat, possibly reacting with rage, shame, and humiliation
  • Arrogant behavior and/or attitude

What causes narcissistic personality disorder?

The exact cause of narcissistic personality disorder is not known. However, many mental health professionals believe it results from extremes in child rearing. For example, the disorder might develop as the result of excessive pampering, or when a child’s parents have a need for their children to be talented or special in order to maintain their own self-esteem. On the other end of the spectrum, narcissistic personality disorder might develop as the result of neglect or abuse and trauma inflicted by parents or other authority figures during childhood. The disorder usually is evident by early adulthood.

How is narcissistic personality disorder diagnosed?

If symptoms are present, the doctor will begin an evaluation by performing a complete medical history and physical exam. Although there are no laboratory tests to specifically diagnose personality disorders, the doctor might use various diagnostic tests—such as X-rays and blood tests—to rule out a physical illness as the cause of the symptoms.
If the doctor finds no physical reason for the symptoms, he or she might refer the person to a psychiatrist or psychologist, health care professionals who are specially trained to diagnose and treat mental illnesses. Psychiatrists and psychologists use specially designed interview and assessment tools to evaluate a person for a personality disorder.

How is narcissistic personality disorder treated?

There is no known cure for narcissistic personality disorder, but psychotherapy (a type of counseling) might help the person learn to relate to others in a more positive and rewarding way. Psychotherapy tries to provide the person with greater insight into his or her problems and attitudes in the hope that this will change behavior. The goal of therapy is to help the person develop a better self-esteem and more realistic expectations of others. Medicine might be used to treat the distressing symptoms, such as behavioral problems, that might occur with this disorder.

What are the complications of narcissistic personality disorder?

People with narcissistic personality disorder might abuse drugs and/or alcohol as a way of coping with their symptoms. The disorder also might interfere with the development of healthy relationships with others.

What is the outlook for people with narcissistic personality disorder?

The prognosis depends on the severity of the disorder.

Can narcissistic personality disorder be prevented?

There is no known way to prevent narcissistic personality disorder.

So..org yg ada NPD ni..kira kategori orang Mental Disorder lah kan..takkan kita yg tak gila ni nak pi marah org gila...nama pun dah gila. Kalau depa waras..takkan nak buat kat orang sampai lagu tu kan...tak pa..tak pa..nak ampun  terus dosa tak boleh lagi la..tapi pelan-pelan cheq akan ampunkan dosa depa..insya'Allah...

Nak tergelak pon ada..nak tak berapa percaya dgn penyakit ni pon ada..manalah tau..kot2 saja buat2 gila kan...haishhhh..mcm2 ada...donia...donia...

Apapun..2 minggu ni cheq banyak tumpukan masa pd keluarga cheq. Baru cheq sedaq..akhirnya keluarga jugalah yg akan bersama cheq walaupun selama ni cheq sering abaikan depa..maafkan ibu tua ni ya puteri dan puteraku..muga Allah akan terus bagi kebahagiaan kat kita..ibu rindu kat abah..

Self-Esteem

Salam. Actually cheq blur sikit malam ni. Too much Korean dramas. Tapi dah 9 bulan cheq tak tengok...wooo..miss gila.

Sikap double standard, bermuka-muka, cakap lain buat lain, lidah putaq belit. Tuhan sajalah yg tau betapa letihnya cheq dgn drama2 murahan ni. Tapi salah cheq juga sebab biaq depa buli cheq. Mana pi diri cheq yg selama ni ' a fighter'? Mungkin cheq dah tua..lagi satu yg selalu stop cheq dari melawan mcm dulu bila cheq pikiaq gelaran mak aji cheq.

Penat2 berpuluh tahun simpan duit pi Mekah dan melalui serta mengharung pelbagai dugaan di sana dengan mengharapkan haji mabrur, cheq nak korban ikut nafsu amarah cheq melayan kerenah org2 bodoh ni? Tak payah la..tu la cheq dok bersabaq banyak...walaupun kadang2 tak tahan juga..

Tapi alhamdulillah seminggu ni, cheq dapat kawai amarah cheq. Cheq langsung tak bercakap...pi keja balik keja. Apa2 urusan email saja. Buat apa dok hemoi lagi dah..yg dah tak boleh ubah..biaq sajalah. Allah Ta'ala lah yg akan balas perbuatan depa kat cheq. Tak pernah sekali cheq dengki khianat kat depa..mungkin sbb cheq belum ada title permanent head damage kot..sebab tu tak tergamak nak buat sakan kat orang. Depa nak buat..biaq lah...Allah Ta'ala saksi segala perbuatan jahat depa kat cheq..

Macam result sendiri pulak rasanya..alhamdulillah...

Dah tu, puteri cheq pulak dapat masuk uni cheq dulu. Lagilah rasa bersyukur sangat. Dia dapat masuk dengan usaha dia sendiri. InsyaAllah cheq doakan dia dapat buat dentistry...dia teringin nak jadi orthodontist...muga Allah maqbulkan doa anak cheq tu. Bergolok bergadai pun cheq sanggup, asal anak cheq dapat capai cita-cita dia. Cheq bangga dengan anak cheq tu. SubhanaAllah aturan Allah tu sangat indah..

Putera cheq..insyaAllah dapat sambung Year 11. Cheq berdoa siang malam dia akan ubah sikap jadi anak yg taat pada perintah Allah. Anak yg tak perlu disuruh-suruh bila masuk waktu solat. Anak cheq dua saja...itulah racun..itulah penawaq..cheq hanya mampu berdoa. Moga Allah bagi kat dia peluang nak buat aviation nanti. InsyaAllah..

Cheq sendiri...belum sempat cheq minta Allah dah bagi. Tapi cheq sangat terhutang budi dgn org yg bantu cheq tu. Dia sajalah yg tau sapa diri dia. Che mampu doakan agar Allah beri ketinggian iman, kemurahan rezeki dan kedudukan yg lebih baik buat dia dan keluarganya dunia akhirat. Walaupun baru kenai cheq, tapi dah all out tolong cheq.

"La ilahaila anta..subhanaka inni kuntum minaz zalimi.."

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent..ajja..ajja..fighting!!

Mistakes Were Made..

When a child is allowed to grow in a permissive environment with capacious freedom, it is not uncommon for them to lie. That’s because they may have had to make choices they were not equipped to make and have done things they know it was wrong. Lying may continue in an effort to hide those things.
In society, admitting mistakes are seen as weak, fragile, and prone to error. These common assumptions are the reason we see people transferring guilt and causing uproar and dislike for each other in society. It’s discouraging and immature.
Can people not get along without covering up lies and admitting to mistakes? I’m not talking about the superficial lies where when your girlfriend asks you if her dress is beautiful and you inexplicably say yes to ensure you are off the hook – but the lies and mistakes that affect other well beings.
Ok, so you have screwed up. You have done something horridly wrong and judgement day awaits.
Perhaps you have lost an important business client. Sent a confidential email to the wrong recipient. Used the wrong choice of words in an email to a client. Whatever the situation, someone trusted you to do the job and you failed.
An instant thing to do and probably the most coward and selfish method is to duck and pass the blame to others. This decision is not difficult and it is always an easy out. But hang on a second here, is it really an easy out? Or is it an out that closes all your future and potential escape routes? Is it a sin that causes you to sin even more? Will it be the lie that eventually causes you to lie again and again? Are you that weasel?
It’s hard to say and its even harder to predict-depending on the situation. But there is always another option. That option is admitting to the mistake. That means reflecting on your mistake and ensuring that it does not happen again. Admitting means to not weasel your way out of the mistake by deferring attention away to yourself like Camille Cacnio. Remember her from the riot? She looted Black & Lee and lost her job at Burrard Acura. When she wrote a public apology, she blamed others for starting the riot (looting is not part of rioting?) and indicated that the riot was an adrenaline rush that she sought and it was ultimately enjoyable for her. She then continues to defend herself saying that the store was already broken into and it wouldn’t have made a difference that she took a few items from there. But better yet, she tells the world she is a moral person! She says “If you still don’t believe I am a good person… I am majoring in Conservation Biology at UBC. I strongly believe in ecological conservation and sustainability. That night, I saw a few people knocking trees down. I yelled at them, saying pleaase, not the trees!” She is literally making the connection that we should not judge her because she is an environmentalist! Give her a “get out of jail free” card? NO way!
Camille Cacnio, you are a great example. A prime example of a person who made a mistake, deferred attention, downplayed the situation and had even the guts  to deny that you have done anything at all! And if that wasn’t enough, Camille showed that she cares deeply about the society and took the effort to tell a few guys who where knocking down  trees at the riot  “stop, pleaasee…not the trees!” Outrageously horrid and funny at the same time. But in all seriousness, she is a good public example explaining the types of excuses these people have for committing a mistake.
Recently, I have met people who have looked for ways to dodge bullets. You admit to your fault, face the consequences, ask God for forgiveness and repent.
A story I once heard was that of a father who told his son to throw away the garbage. The son said he will do it later. When the father came back from work and saw insects in the kitchen, he had found that the garbage was not dispensed. The son, feeling guilty, threw away the garbage immediately afterward. But not before the damage was done. The kitchen required thorough cleaning. Food on the counter was replaced. Schedules were disrupted to clean up the mess.
Will you admit to the mistake before things become worse?
Mistakes never go away themselves. Someone has to deal with them. Whether that is yourself, friends, families or coworkers, someone out there has to contend with your selfishness for not admitting to the mistake in the first place. A bullet that doesn’t hit its target doesn’t stop but keeps going until it hits something. High-Five if you dodged a bullet, but shame on you for losing the trust of the people around you. Shame on you for having other people clean your mess. Shame on you for being a turtle.
Admitting mistakes can often lead to resolution. A resolution that may even lessen the consequence should the parties involved are content with a sincere explanation and apology. It will show character, courage and integrity. This just might be enough to keep your job and your reputation.
The following are pointers taken from lifehacks on dealing with mistakes:
  • See things from someone’s perspective: If you’ve made a promise and failed to keep it, put yourself in the other party’s shoes and see how things look from there. How would you feel? What would your response be if you were them? And what action would satisfy you?
  • Be sympathetic: Realize that your mistakes might affect many more people than just you, and recognize the pain you’ve caused. A little bit of sympathy can well be the opening you need to set things right.
  • Take responsibility: Don’t try to weasel out of it, and don’t look around wildly for someone else to blame. Even if your failure came about because someone let youdown, you’re ultimately responsible for the projects under your authority.
  • Accept the consequences: It’s hard, I know, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and take your lumps. Few actions come without any consequences at all; be prepared to embrace whatever befalls you as a result of the mistakes you’ve made.
  • Have a plan: Taking responsibility means being prepared to clean up the mess, which means you need a plan. You should have a clear idea of what went wrong and how you can fix it — and how you can avoid it in the future.
  • Be sincere: Don’t pretend to feel sympathy or act phony so that the other person can see how deeply you care. Don’t play the martyr. Show honest emotion — the first step to rebuilding the trust lost.
  • Apologize. No, really. A lot of people go to great lengths to make up for their mistakes — or to hide them — when a simple “I’m sorry” would do the job, and cause a lot fewer hard feelings.
While these are excellent pointers to deal with mistakes, it doesn’t necessarily mean your job, relationships are intact after admitting a mistake. But at least with this, you will come out with dignity and know that you have done the best you could to resolve the issue. And that starts with a simple apology.
AWAT CHEQ: Hmm..hati ingat nak tambah komen kat sini..tapi dah tengah malam ni. Malas dah nak luah perasaan banyak2. Yang bengap tu tetap bengap..yg bangang pun tetap bangang..nak kata apa lagi dah. Dr. M cabar Anwar bersumpah

DR. Mahathir Mohamad bersalaman dengan orang ramai selepas majlis perasmian Multaqa Wedatul Ummah di Tasek Gelugor, Pulau Pinang, semalam.

TASEK GELUGOR 17 Dis.

Hadir sama Yang Dipertua Persatuan Kariah-Kariah Masjid Negeri Pulau Pinang, Datuk Seri Mohd. Yussof Latiff.

Umpamanya, "Ibu, apa makna L***t?". Lagu mana nak terang kat anak2?

Sehari sebelum mengundi, depa kena bawak turun poster tu.

Maknanya, mereka bersatu membentuk kerajaan demi kepentingan rakyat.

Cheq dok tanya lah diri cheq, awatlah negara tanahair tercinta cheq tak boleh jadi lagu tu. Mai la kita bersatu..apa salahnya. kalau tak bersatu, alamat kita ni semua akan jadi melukut ditepi gantang. Akan tergadai lah tanahair dan maruah kita...Demi Allah dan demi tanahair tercinta, mai la kita duk semeja..berkelai puas2 lepas tu berbaik la demi anak bangsa dan tanahair. Apa akan jadi pada generasi kita kalu kita dok hentam pi hentam mai...esok2 anak cucu maki kita walaupun kita dah ke liang lahad sebab kita tak reti nak bersatu..

Ok La...lain kali cheq nak tulis pasai All Blacks pulak...tata titi tutu for now...

Awat Cheq
